For over a decade, the Shami family has been waking up before dawn to hand-craft the pies and pastries that Orléans has come to love. Every ingredient is fresh, every recipe is passed down, and every customer is treated like family.
Our authentic Lebanese bakes — from our signature meat pies to our award-worthy zaatar breads — are made the way they've always been made: with patience, quality flour, and a generous pour of olive oil.
